Now that ‘2012′ plays in most movie theaters across the world, I thought it would be a good time for me to share my own impressions on this blockbuster. To begin with, I must admit that I am not the average viewer as my research and pre-knowledge on the subject is far more extended than most people watching the movie purely as an entertainment item. November 2, 2009, will be a red-letter day for the Belgian space industry and space sciences. A rocket containing PROBA2 will be fired off at 02:50 Belgian time from a Russian launch base in Plesetsk. PROBA2 will be the first ESA space weather mission dedicated to observing the Sun. Another important item: the satellite was built in Belgium.
The PROBA2 satellite is small, but is stuffed with brand new technologies that will be tested in space during real flight operations. It is what we call a technological demonstration mission. The fact that
PROBA2 is small and inexpensive for a space mission gives small companies and scientific institutes the opportunity to build up experience working on space hardware. It also opens the door for creativity. PROBA2 will be launched together with another satellite in a former intercontinental ballistic missile. The rockets have been repurposed for peaceful use as Rockot satellite carriers. Read the rest of this entry

On antimatter radio show:
Walter Cruttenden has shown how history isn’t linear; its cycles from high to dark ages, over and over. All our world religions discuss such cycles as comprising past and future events. It may all have to do earth magnetic.
Cliff Highs web bot makes future predictions based on human inner-psychic abilities revealed in language. It does not matter if like the web bot or not, think it’s right or not, the point is that it predict over and over! So let’s listen this discussion about connection between magnetosphere of Earth, sun activity and the year 2012.
