We could all die tomorrow - and what can we really do about it? Not much Most of the evidence thus far does NOT support a doomsday event in 2012. Hell, we just transited between three large interstellar clouds, did anyone notice (except for us science nerds)? I believe emergency preparedness is VERY important, but we should be more concerned with what lies ahead in the near future (dramatic weather changes, global tensions, technological issues). Just live every day like it was your last. Prepare for the worst, but hope for the best. Live with your head held high. Do the right thing. Help people. Be kind. The only thing we truly have control over is our own free will. So relax! Enjoy life! Enjoy your family/friends, eat a good meal, get drunk and party! There is a gap that the asteroid might go through and it will come back in 2036 and strike us...
