A remarkable increase in solar flares was registered today by NASA and the question rose whether the process to a Solar Maximum in 2012 has already started. Most estimations however see this start in 2010 and reach its maximum towards the middle of 2012. After an exceptionally quiet period, there have been several recent flares and/or CMEs and the predicted increase in solar wind speed that correlates with the solar orbit.
We monitor this activity for you and report as soon as we see abnormal behavior which may indicate changes in the hemisphere which eventually will have an impact on our planet Earth.
Recently the SOHO MDI images have come back online after an almost month-long hiatus, and we are still seeing the ever persistent #1024 sunspot region! Solar observers haven’t seen an active region like region 1024 in more than two years. It is big, complex, and rapidly growing.
The link below shows you the short recording that was made available by NASA today. We’re not sure why the recording is this short yet it clearly shows the outbursts of solar explosions. The black disc in the middle covers up the sun so that the solar flares can be seen using this lens.

We took some still images (see below) from the recording as to illustrate clearly how hefty the activity really was. And this happened in a time period that the experts said would be a Maunder minimum (low solar activity). When you follow the solar activity like we do, it is clear that this behavior does not fit that bill! The near future will have to show us whether this was an exceptional event or that a trend has started announcing the build up to the 2012 extreme events.

There is nothing unusual, it is only our reaction that has become unusual. Long term we need to look at our environment for sure will create large scale destructions. 2012 definitely will not be a doomsday unless we invite it.(still we have enough plutonium mounted on missiles to burn earth 30000 times and rogue countries who support terrorists and mafia)
Actually Sergio`s got some point there. It`s true that his sources were not correct, because as I spied on him last night I saw him asking his mom for sunspot days. Now his mom is old, so what does she know about science?

it`s true that this is not the right information, for I work as a mad scientist, and I observe the sun every day for information. Now, I follow a different education (MUCH more closely related to mayan math than contemporary calculus – in fact, why do they call it calculus? that means stone, which means that he who invented it, Newton, was thick as stone. It doesn`t give us anything except for computers, but what good do they bring if we die in 2012?)
as I was saying, i follow a different mathematic, which I derived from years of my ancestors` study, for they were just as intent about mayan and egyptian and 2012 as I am.
And as I observed, the sun’s Maubder minimum is nonexistant! i mean, can`t exist following the Mayan maths. Instead, it’s actually the same amount of solar flares, but they go instead to the fourth dimension!!
The proof for that is simple. Say that you eat a hot dog. Does it mean it disappeared? no. It entered your stomach. So you have the same amount of hot-dogs in your house, but one of them is in your stomach (an invisible area) instead! right? the sun always has the same amount of solar flares.
And charming girl – luckycharmgirl, sorry – (usually when someone says something in their name it’s not true – no offense meant, but you should concentrate on science and Mayan math instead of the heightening of your self-esteem) your source is not true either, because if you observe closely, it’s been photoshopped! didn’t you notice that random pink spot on the bottom left screen in the time 2:11 of that thing?! Everything you say should be approved by top genius scientists (I won`t mention me, because that’s vanity. Instead, I can tell you to go see one of Obama’s advisors – he’s a friend of mine, and a spy for my Intelligence network, and he tries to see what exactly does Obama know of aliens and 2012).
However, the solar flares in the fourth dimension do not contradict the 2012 theory. Instead, I think they give a much better proof than what we have now. But, it’s too complicated to explain, and I’m running out of time. I have to go Observe and Learn (That’s how this procedure was called in my family for centuries now. I think it’s called lab here, or experiment, or something scientific and nonsensical like that)

Where are you getting that information??? I check out solar activity indicators every day. Three official sunspot monitoring organizations, Catania, SIDC and NOAA show August with 0 sunspots. Overall, until yesterday, it was a stretch of 51 spotless days. There is an armada of Earth based telescopes and instruments besides SOHO monitoring the Sun. Sunspot 1024 faded out before the middle of July. The newest “speck” 1025 barely lasted 24 hours. F10 flux is still flatlined, x-ray activity has been very weak, sunspots (the few there have been) magnetic field strengths continue to weaken, the solar plasma stream remains well below average in both speed and density. NASA’s latest prediction is for cycle 24 to have a maximum sunspot number of 90, well below average. My personal prediction is that it will be around 45 – 50. All indicators point to some level of Grand MInima, at least equivalent to Dalton but likely closer to Maunder.
