Solar Storms may cause power failures any day now. NASA has now warned the public, “To Get Ready For a Once In a Life Time Super Solar Storm Event”.
Dr Richard Fisher, head of NASA’s Heliophysics Division said: “We know it’s coming but we don’t know how bad it’s going to be.” But what NASA is not telling the general public, is what you should be doing to get ready. Unless you live under a rock, you are beginning to notice that major news agencies as well as talk radio have started to cover the story, detailing exactly what NASA’s warning is actually telling the public. See VIDEO coverage in this post…

Author Lawrence Joseph explains that Solar Flare activity will reach its peak in the year 2012. According to him the sun’s activity will be at its highest since the last ice age and stresses that we can only interpret the impact of it from data we collect on our own planet, which is a limiting factor to understand the potential outcome for Earth and its population come 2012.
This video explains why the sun’s activity is at the source of the changes on earth. An informative and to the point explanation which we all she know of. Have a look at the following:

According to NASA the current eruption of Iceland volcano Eyjafjallajokull could just be the precursor of a much bigger disaster: big brother volcano Katla who over the past eruptions each time has erupted as a follower to Eyjafjallajokull. In fact, over the past thousand years, Eyjafjallajokull has erupted only three times: in 920, in 1612 and in 1823. Each time Katla erupted a little time after and caused much more devastation than what we haveΒ seen over the past week.

Time is running out and a few companies such as Vivos have dedicated their efforts to building and selling space within survival bunkers. There certainly is a market for it and people who can afford it are gladly coughing up the dough to secure a seat in one of the bunkers for what is expected to be the most sensational event in recent history.

Is it just me or is our planet accelerating change with the very recent earthquakes around the globe? As I am not a scientist by any means, I cannot conclude it is, but then again, our scientists seem to be not much wiser when it comes to ‘knowing’ what is heading our way. Hence the 180 degree turns in opinions and predictions at NASA for example… 299 earthquakes were registered this week only!

You may not have heard of the Phlegraean Fields (aka Campi Flegrei), but it’s the site of one of the largest supervolcanoes in (relatively) recent times. Erupting 200 cubic kilometres of magma 39,000 years ago, and still active, it is one of the potential candidates for a supervolcanic event in 2012.

Now that ‘2012′ plays in most movie theaters across the world, I thought it would be a good time for me to share my own impressions on this blockbuster. To begin with, I must admit that I am not the average viewer as my research and pre-knowledge on the subject is far more extended than most people watching the movie purely as an entertainment item. For the past year I have dedicated most of my time in researching the 2012 subject with all of its existing theories as well as facts and figures, whether governments disclosed these to or withheld them from the general public.

October will be the month prior to the release of the blockbuster movie ‘2012′ which is the highly anticipated story of how the world will end in about 3 years. The story of the movie seems to be based on the work of Patrick Geryl who has written several books resulting from his many years of research on the topic (see http://store.2012pro.com/ebooks.htm).
Sony has planned an epic effort to alert audiences that its disaster pic “2012″ is coming, readying the largest marketing “roadblock” ever for a movie in the form of a two-minute sequence from the actioner that will air simultaneously on 450 TV outlets in North America on October 1st.
The stunt will put the footage in front of 90% of all households watching ad-supported TV, or nearly 110 million viewers. When combined with online and mobile streams, that could increase to more than 140 million.

The Office of Emergency Services and the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) are right. They, and local fire departments, recommend you self-equip with everything on their list. You don’t want to fight the crowd at Home Depot - unless that’s your idea of fun.
The kit, kept in a durable container such as the Rubbermaid Rough tote, should include:

For the fact the Earth is not one solid mass, it made up of several huge tectonic plates that are constantly pushing against one another. The earth is always on the move, from millions of years ago when the world was just one land mass to the many continents we have today.
Earthquakes happen when tectonic plates slip after years of stress and pressure have kept them locked; the resulting shockwaves are the earthquake. The pressure between tectonic plates becomes so great that some of them move, violently shifting their position.
