New scientific observations now foresee the reversal of the Southern Pole on the Sun anywhere between July 2012 and December 2012, which earlier was estimated to be early 2013 by NASA. This new report, published by The Wilcox Solar Observatory, is a remarkable confirmation for predictions done by researchers such as Patrick Geryl (see earlier posts) who for many years has been announcing a world cataclysm of catastrophic proportions.

As we explained in our previous post, the development of the Sun’s solar polar field strength throughout a solar sunspot cycle can be used to predict the magnitude of the next cycle and the peak of the current cycle. Within a year of the sunspot maximum, polar fields typically reverse and with cycle 24, this remarkable observation was done as the anticipated southern pole reversal will take place in the second half of 2012. As it is not unusual, also during this cycle the northern and southern poles of the Sun have shown significant differences in field strength and develop asynchronously over time, which is shown in the graph of the previous post.

In August of 2010, Patrick Geryl predicted the current solar cycle to be the lowest measured in recent history, and that it will remain that low until end of 2012. NASA states now ”With more than 13 years of sunspot data collected at the McMath-Pierce Telescope at Kitt Peak in Arizona, Matt Penn and William Livingston observed that the average magnetic field strength declined significantly during Cycle 23 and now into Cycle 24. Consequently, sunspot temperatures have risen, they observed.If the trend continues, the sun’s magnetic field strength will drop below a certain threshold and sunspots will largely disappear; the field no longer will be strong enough to overcome such convective forces on the solar surface.” (see here)

Following the countdown to December 21, 2012, following the sunspot theory calculations made by Patrick Geryl, in compliance with the Maya predictions, for more than a year now these cycles have been accurate to virtually the same day. There are 6 more cycles to go before D-Day, which Geryl announces as Armageddon. Each cycle consisting of 87.5 days on average.

On his website, Geryl states that we will see significant events between 14-17 July 2011. “A complex of 2 sunspots will appear around July 14-15-16-17, 2011. It will be something similar to the Sunspot Complex 1191-1193 from April 18-19, 2011, Negative Sunspot Complex 1147-1149 from January 21-22, 2011 and the Negative Sunspot Complex that appeared on October 26-27, 2010.”

On May 15th, the Earth entered into a fast solar wind stream as reported by Spaceweather.com. What this practically can mean is that in the following days, more specifically between May 17th and May 21st, we could see similar (or worse) scenarios than what happened in Japan recently. This space weather condition may be the prelude to new and serious tornadoes and extreme weather events.

The geomagnetic activity reached solar speed winds K=4 level (as reported by swpc.noaa.com), winds as high as 569 km/sec coinciding with a significant increase in proton flux, according to Imsal.com.

Total Nuclear Meltdown

No scientific proof exists (yet) to connect the Coronal Mass Ejection solar storm that hit our planet on the 10th, hours before the massive 8.9 earthquake with consequent tsunami in Japan, could be related and an explanation for the violent behaviour of our planet. Spaceweather.com reported that on March 10 “A coronal mass ejection (CME) hit Earth’s magnetic field on March 10th. The impact set off a G1-class geomagnetic storm and sent Northern Lights rippling over the US-Canadian border into states such as Wisconsin, Minnesota, and Michigan. Sky watchers who hadn’t seen auroras in years captured beautiful photos of green and purple streamers. This is another sign that Solar Cycle 24 is heating up.”

Besides the ‘beautiful’ effects of the auroras, what else could have provoked this event. The disaster in Japan seems to be coincidently close to the violent magnetic activity that struck our planet with the Coronal Mass Ejection on Thursday night. Speculation doesn’t do much good I know, but are scientists genuinely researching the possibility at least?? As we reported here before, there is not only a strong cohersion between the recent solar activity and the intensity of natural events on earth such as the energy released during earth quakes which seems to be peaking each time a significant solar flare appears. The needs ‘coincidence’ to analyse is the relation between those solar flares and what the Maya have predicted long time ago. So far that doesn’t seem to be merely a coincidence.
