That being said, it would be naive to sit back and watch, unless you have already given up and think this life isn’t worth living for. Even then, we should think about the future of others and allow them to experience this miracle we call life. Researchers such as Patrick Geryl wrote How To Survive 2012, there is also the Survival Guide and last but not least, How to Build a Survival Bunker. Not only should you have read them, make sure to have a paper copy of the sections relevant to you as without electricity, computers won’t do you any good. But before I write this all down, I need to find a way to explain it better so that you as the reader can grasp the depth and meaning of it. It took me years of study, effort, hunger for the truth…and setting aside all my presumptions, prerogatives and demons. Are calendars just calendars…or are some calendars more significant than calculating an Earthly year? Today we start the Final Countdown to the end of the Maya Calendar, for many the end of this Age and the beginning of the Age of the Aquarius. But what if researchers who decoded the Book of the Dead, the Maya Calendar, the Sunspot Theory are right…will this be our last year on Earth as we know it?

Of the many theories that exist, one sticks more than the rest. And it’s not the one with the best outcome unfortunately. If researcher Patrick Geryl is also right on this one (he has been predicting this and several other facts), it might wel be the last time we get to celebrate Christmas with our families. 2012 in many ways already doesn’t look all that bright, think about the wars, global financial crisis, the increasing number of natural disasters and the intensity of them, political unrest, monetary instabilities, the rich getting richer and poor get poorer, an evolution towards martial law, suppression and media sensoring (like the unfair handling of whistleblower Bradley Manning, Julian Assange of Wikileaks…)…and the list goes on and on. Yet none of this weighs up against what nature will provoke and the impact it would have on our nuclear facilities melting down worldwide, global disasters happening as a result. A cataclysm would bring us back to the stone age and the few surviving face a very hard remaining years to live and start to rebuild a world we once knew.

However you look at it, it seems bad, worse and worst scenarios. However serious it may be, we as humans will fight to survive 2012. Ask yourself, is it worth it? It’s only human say yes it is. Understanding the sunspot theory, which only very few living humans can and to only a limited extent, leads us to understand that at a certain moment, when the sun’s magnetism reaches a crucial point, the sun’s surface will be subjected to immense storms. When this happens, and it’s rather obvious that this will happen again as it happened in the past, they will cause a mega-catastrophe on earth, without known equal.

The calculations made by the Maya were to such a precision stipulating in great detail how the earth orbits around the sun. Their precision exceeds today’s calculations by several digits.

Patrick Geryl, the researcher who was able to decipher a great part of the sunspot theory (confirmed my the worlds largest mathematisians), was astonished by the discovery that the Maya were capable to calculate these details with this level of precision, and without the tools we possess today. It led him to the conclusion that life as we know it will cease to exist once 2012 ends.
