Devolution of the USD 2012? As the first public article for me just before 2010, it seems appropriate for me to comment on one of the biggest stories we will be all facing – that is an end game of events leading to the end of the USD. The implications for the world are no less than Armageddon – like. I mean it. Before we get into some details, I have been working on forecasts for 2010, and my study of the USD situation and how much time it has left. I first came to the conclusion that it was roughly (and I am getting close here on timing, I’m sure of this) two years from 2010. Actually, the calculation is two more years of relative USD functionality before the world realizes in about a shocking week’s time that the USD is just about to really go belly up. It’s not 5 years out anymore in my calculations, we have roughly two more years left.

An Edmonton-based astronomer doesn’t put any stock in the Mayan end-of-the-world theories for the year 2012.

Frank Florian, director of public programming at the Telus World of Science in Edmonton, believes Dec. 21, 2012 will be like any other day and that the alignment of the sun with the center of the universe will pass without incident.

You are dead on about the location of the new North Pole after the next shift. It will be centered in North America near the U.S.-Canadian border. It is interesting to note that the last  few times it has shifted, that the pole has shifted back and forth from it’s present location to areas along the U.S. -Canadian border. The last time it was at 110 degrees longitude West, and 50 degrees latitude North (check out Badlands Guardian on Google) The badlands areas of North America have been the poles over the last 3200 years. There is a great deal of research which bears this out, even though the researchers themselves were not looking for that information, and didn’t realize it themselves. They all still think that the ice was over the great plains because of an ice age, although other parts of the planet had normal weather for their geographical location. If you know any scientists who would be interested in researching it, I could point them in the right direction. I don’t have time for it, plus I am already convinced beyond a shadow of a doubt, and I really am not trying to convince anyone else. Those who are meant to survive will find their way to the right places.

November 2, 2009, will be a red-letter day for the Belgian space industry and space sciences. A rocket containing PROBA2 will be fired off at 02:50 Belgian time from a Russian launch base in Plesetsk. PROBA2 will be the first ESA space weather mission dedicated to observing the Sun. Another important item: the satellite was built in Belgium.

The PROBA2 satellite is small, but is stuffed with brand new technologies that will be tested in space during real flight operations. It is what we call a technological demonstration mission. The fact that
PROBA2 is small and inexpensive for a space mission gives small companies and scientific institutes the opportunity to build up experience working on space hardware. It also opens the door for creativity. PROBA2 will be launched together with another satellite in a former intercontinental ballistic missile. 1. What is the origin of the prediction that the world will end in December 2012?
The story started with claims that Nibiru, a supposed planet discovered by the Sumerians, is headed toward Earth. Zecharia Sitchin, who writes fiction about the ancient Mesopotamian civilization of Sumer, claimed in several books (e.g., The Twelfth Planet, published in 1976) that he has found and translated Sumerian documents that identify the planet Nibiru, orbiting the Sun every 3600 years. These Sumerian fables include stories of “ancient astronauts” visiting Earth from a civilization of aliens called the Anunnaki. Then Nancy Lieder, a self-declared psychic who claims she is channeling aliens, wrote on her website Zetatalk that the inhabitants of a fictional planet around the star Zeta Reticuli warned her that the Earth was in danger from Planet X or Nibiru. This catastrophe was initially predicted for May 2003, but when nothing happened the doomsday date was moved forward to December 2012. Only recently have these two fables been linked to the end of the Mayan long-count at the winter solstice in 2012 – hence the predicted doomsday date of December 21, 2012.
